For one-on-one coaching sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Missed sessions without prior notice will be treated as completed sessions.

For workshops, live programs, online courses, and pre-recorded courses, cancellation is not permitted once enrollment is completed.

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions or programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be informed in advance.
